Fiona Bigelli and Sarah Chan are the co-Founders and Directors of Pax People.

Having worked together since 2009 in various senior executive roles, Fiona and Sarah co-founded Pax People Resolutions in 2015.  Together, Fiona and Sarah are a formidable team with rich experience across all areas of workplace and people management.  Pax People’s core business is working with organisations and people to resolve workplace conflict and build people capability so that each business and its people can prosper.  Between Fiona and Sarah, they have extensive experience and professional qualifications in Workplace Mediation, Conflict Resolution & Coaching, Workplace Investigations, Executive Leadership Coaching, Workplace Law and Human Resources Consulting.  Fiona and Sarah have been honoured to work with a range of clients across a number of industries in Australia and have been appointed to a number of Government panels as preferred suppliers.  Most recently, Fiona and Sarah have been appointed as Co-Chairs of the Resolution Institute’ s Workplace Committee and they have also accepted engagements to coach and mentor students interested in pursuing careers in conflict resolution and people management.

Fiona and Sarah pride themselves on being professional, commercial, reliable and highly empathetic with the ability to cut through complicated, emotional situations to find effective solutions for their clients.  In addition, Fiona and Sarah like to take care of their well-being and ensure that as part of their work, they take good care of themselves and each other!

Fiona Bigelli is a highly experienced Workplace Mediator, Human Resources Executive, Workplace Lawyer and Coach.  Fiona has worked internationally and across a range of industries helping businesses with their ‘people problems’.  Fiona is passionate about efficiently resolving workplace conflict so that business risks are managed and productivity is fully restored for both people and organisations. Fiona is well known for her ability to work with a range of personality types and resolve matters that are complex and emotionally charged.

Sarah Chan is a highly experienced Workplace Mediator, Human Resources Executive, Business Leader and Coach. Sarah engages with people and organisations to resolve workplace conflict in a manner that builds capability in employees to successfully engage with others resulting in greater employee engagement and business success. Sarah is known for her ability to apply her background in business management and psychology to balance an empathetic approach with her clients, whilst achieving exceptional commercial business outcomes.
